AI Sales Enablement

Build the machine
that feeds your closers.

We install the AI-driven pipeline systems that do the volume work — sourcing, routing, prioritization, and relentless follow-up — then hand your reps a prioritized list and a playbook for every conversation.

What we build

Four systems, one working pipeline.

Enablement isn't a slide deck and a tool licence. It's the plumbing between your lead sources, your CRM, and the rep who has to make the call.

AI prospecting & list build

Account and contact sourcing tuned to your real ICP — enriched, deduped, and scored before anything reaches a rep's queue.

Routing & prioritization

Every inbound and outbound lead lands with the right rep, ranked by likelihood to close. No cherry-picking, no orphaned records.

Follow-up that never drops

Multi-touch cadences across email, phone, and social that read like a person wrote them — and keep running until there's an answer.

Playbooks reps actually open

Messaging, cadence, objection paths, handoffs, and next-best actions — written for your buyers and embedded where the work happens.

CRM & stack integration

We enhance the CRM, ATS, scheduling, comms, and data tools you already pay for. No rip-and-replace, no migration project.

Reporting that tells the truth

Pipeline efficiency, conversion lift, hours saved, and ROI on one page — so you can see what the system is actually doing.

How the engagement runs

Diagnose, build, then stabilize

A typical enablement build runs four to eight weeks, scoped from what the diagnostic finds.

01

Map the leaks

Two weeks inside your lead flow, sales workflow, CRM data, and conversion patterns. You get a ranked list of where revenue is escaping and what it's worth.

02

Build and wire

We design and deploy the workflows, scoring, cadences, and playbooks — integrated into your stack and tested against real records, not demo data.

03

Hand over and hold

Enablement sessions, written documentation, and 30 days of post-launch stabilization support so the system survives contact with a real quarter.

Inside the build

Automation your prospects can't tell is automated.

The failure mode of most AI outbound is obvious: volume without judgment. We tune for the opposite — machines handle scale, and every message still sounds like it came from your team.

  • ICP-tight targeting

Scored against the accounts that actually closed for you, not a generic firmographic filter.

  • Human-voiced sequences

Copy built from your reps' best-performing calls and threads, with real personalization variables.

  • Clean data reps trust

Deduped, enriched, and consistently staged records — so the priority queue is believable.

  • Documented handoffs

SDR to AE, AE to CS, marketing to sales. Every transition has an owner and a trigger.

Questions

Before you scope a build

Do we need the diagnostic first?
Almost always, yes. The Revenue Pipeline Diagnostic is two weeks and it's what makes the build precise — it tells us which workflows are worth deploying and pins the sprint scope before you commit budget to it.
Will this replace our SDRs?
No. Enablement takes the high-volume, low-judgment work off their plate — list building, data hygiene, sequence admin, follow-up tracking — so the same headcount runs far more real conversations. We amplify your best people; we don't replace them.
What if our CRM data is a mess?
That's the normal starting condition, and it's part of the build. Deduping, enrichment, and consistent staging come before routing and scoring, because a prioritization engine on bad data just produces confident nonsense.
Which tools do you build on?
Yours. We enhance the CRM, ATS, scheduling, communication, and database systems you already run rather than forcing a migration. Where a gap needs filling, we recommend the smallest addition that closes it.
What happens after the 30 days of support?
Some teams take the keys and run. Others move onto the Growth & Optimization Retainer for ongoing workflow tuning, coaching, and monthly reporting. Either is fine — the systems and documentation are yours regardless.
