AI Sales Coaching

The tech won't close it.
Your people will.

AI can put the right conversation in front of the right rep. What happens in that conversation is still human. We coach your reps and managers on the moments that decide the deal — and use AI to make the coaching continuous instead of quarterly.

Why coaching decides the ROI

New systems don't fail on setup. They fail on adoption.

Most sales transformations stall three weeks after launch, when the old habits come back. Coaching is what turns a deployed workflow into a way of selling.

Habits, not handbooks

We coach against live deals in your pipeline, on a repeating cadence — because reps change behaviour through reps, not through reading.

Every call is a data point

AI transcription and analysis surface the patterns across hundreds of conversations — which objections stall deals, which framing wins them.

Managers get coached too

Your front-line managers are the multiplier. We train them to run pipeline reviews and call debriefs that actually move numbers.

The coaching loop

Observe, coach, then measure

A monthly rhythm that compounds. Each cycle starts from what the last one changed.

01

Observe the real conversations

Call reviews, deal inspection, and AI analysis of transcripts and pipeline data to find where conversations lose momentum — by rep and by stage.

02

Coach against live deals

Working sessions on discovery, objection handling, multi-threading, and closing — run on deals currently in the pipeline, not hypotheticals.

03

Measure and adjust

Monthly reporting on conversion lift by stage, cadence adherence, and coaching impact. What worked becomes the playbook; what didn't gets rewritten.

What we coach

The human moments where deals turn.

Coaching is built around your process, your buyer journey, and your messaging — not a generic methodology with your logo on the cover.

  • Custom to your buyer

Built from your won-and-lost patterns, your objections, and the language your best reps already use.

  • Reps and managers, separately

Skill sessions for the front line; coaching-the-coach for the people who own the number.

  • AI-assisted call review

Transcripts scored for talk ratio, discovery quality, and next-step commitment — so feedback is specific.

  • Quarterly strategic planning

Territory, targets, and capacity reviewed with leadership so coaching stays pointed at the goal.

Who it's for

Coaching earns its keep when…

Pipeline is healthy, close rate isn't

Enough qualified conversations are happening — they just aren't converting. That's a skills and process problem, not a volume problem.

You just deployed new systems

Automation is live but adoption is patchy. Coaching is what closes the gap between a working workflow and a working team.

Performance is uneven across reps

Two people hit and four don't. We find what the top performers do differently and make it teachable.

You're scaling the team

New hires need to reach quota faster. A documented, coached playbook cuts ramp time and stops tribal knowledge walking out the door.

Questions

Before you bring us in

Is this a one-off training day?
No — and that's deliberate. One-off training decays within weeks. Coaching runs on a monthly cadence under the Growth & Optimization Retainer so behaviour change has time to hold, with reporting that shows whether it did.
Do we need the enablement build first?
Not necessarily. If your pipeline volume is already adequate and the problem is conversion, coaching can stand alone. If reps are drowning in manual work, fix that first — coaching someone with no time to sell doesn't help.
How do you use AI in the coaching itself?
To make feedback specific and continuous. AI analysis of call transcripts and pipeline data surfaces patterns a manager can't spot across hundreds of conversations — talk ratios, discovery gaps, missing next-step commitments. Humans still do the coaching.
Will our reps push back?
Some will, at first — especially if past "coaching" meant scorecards and surveillance. We coach against their live deals, so the first session helps them close something they're already working on. That tends to settle it.
How do you measure whether it worked?
Conversion lift by stage, close rate on right-fit deals, cadence adherence, and ramp time for new hires — reported monthly. If the number isn't moving, we change the approach rather than repeating it.
